Warranty

All Supakwik products are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product range:

  • Kwikboil Range: 1 year product warranty + 3 year vessel warranty
  • Supatap Range: 2 year product warranty + 5 year vessel warranty

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a warranty issue:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Our technical team will troubleshoot with you (remember, you’re talking to the people who built it)
  3. If a warranty repair or replacement is needed, we’ll arrange it promptly

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Contact us to arrange a return — do not send items back without contacting us first
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty

For faulty items, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund at our discretion.

Our returns and warranty policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law.
