Warranty
Every Kwikboil and Supatap unit is covered by a Supakwik manufacturer’s warranty.
- Year 1: Parts and labour both covered
- Year 2: Parts only (labour not covered)
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial or domestic use, with correct installation by a licensed tradesperson in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- Damage from water conditions outside the specified pressure range (100–1000 kPa) or from untreated water supply where a filter is required
- Wear items such as filter cartridges and seals
- Damage from modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised parties
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty issue:
- Contact us with your order number, the serial number of the unit, and a description of the issue
- We’ll put you straight through to the Supakwik technical team — the people who built your unit — for diagnosis
- If a warranty repair or replacement is needed, we’ll arrange it promptly through Supakwik’s service network
Change-of-Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product for change-of-mind reasons:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition — units that have been installed or had power/water connected cannot be returned
- Contact us first to arrange a return authorisation — do not send items back without contacting us
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns
Faulty Items
For items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue
- We cover return shipping for faulty items
- You may choose between a replacement or a full refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method. You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take a further 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns and warranty policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
