About Boiling Water Australia
Boiling Water Australia is the dedicated retail partner for Supakwik — an Australian manufacturer of commercial and domestic boiling water systems, based in Brisbane.
We exist for a simple reason: Supakwik builds some of the best boiling water units in the country, but most buyers have never heard of them. They’ve heard of Zip. They’ve heard of Billi. They haven’t heard of Supakwik — and they’re paying thousands more because of it.
Our job is to change that.
Who We Are
We’re a small, Australian-owned business. We sell Supakwik’s full range of Kwikboil wall-mounted and Supatap underbench boiling water systems directly to offices, commercial kitchens, aged care facilities, construction companies, and anyone else who needs reliable boiling water on tap.
We don’t manufacture. Supakwik does that — they’ve been doing it for decades from their Australian facility, and every unit is individually tested before it ships. What we do is make their products easy to buy, and make sure you get straight-talking advice and direct access to the factory when you need support.
Why We Started
We’re a plumbing retailer. We already sell Supakwik’s Supaflush sensor range and got to know the company through that — the products are well built, the service is excellent, and when you call them you actually talk to someone who knows what they’re talking about.
When we looked at their boiling water range, we couldn’t understand why more people weren’t buying it. The Kwikboil and Supatap are heavy-duty, Australian-made units that go head-to-head with Zip and Billi on build quality — but most buyers have never heard of Supakwik because Zip and Billi spend millions on marketing.
We started Boiling Water Australia to change that. Honest pricing, a proper comparison, and the same direct factory support that made us want to work with Supakwik in the first place.
What Makes Us Different
Direct factory support. When you call us with a service issue, we don’t run you through a script. We connect you straight to the Supakwik factory floor — the people who designed and built your unit. They can diagnose by serial number because they put it together.
Honest pricing. Every price on this site is what you pay. We don’t hide pricing behind a “request a quote” form like some competitors. If you want to compare us to Zip or Billi, we make that easy — because the comparison works in our favour.
Australian made, Australian backed. Every Kwikboil and Supatap is designed, assembled, and tested in Australia by Supakwik. Every unit comes with a 2-year parts warranty, with labour included in the first year.
Standards & Compliance
All Supakwik products are designed, tested, and certified to meet relevant Australian and international standards including WaterMark (AS3498), RCM, potable water standards, electrical safety requirements, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. Every unit is individually wet-tested and dry-tested before packaging.
